ENTERPRISE SPECIFICATIONS

Core Policy Terms

Execution standards, computational telemetry modeling protocols, and regulatory 10DLC compliance rules governing commercial telemetry infrastructure.

1. Corporate Contact Data and Administrative Identity

Helios Grid Systems collects administrative identifiers necessary to authenticate authorized engineering personnel, facility operators, and commercial energy counterparties. Authorized contact records encompass verified organizational email domains, dedicated direct telephone routing, corporate office coordinates, and assigned hardware cryptographic key identifiers.

  • Corporate officer contact profiles and primary SCADA engineering dispatch assignments.
  • Federated single sign-on (SSO) credential maps and API access credentials.
  • Authorized cryptographic signers for distributed generation and interconnection agreements.

2. Commercial Facility Specifications and Utility Load Ingestion

To execute precise industrial energy analysis, our infrastructure ingests continuous operational metrics including fifteen-minute interval smart meter interval data (Green Button format), transformer step-down ratings, peak apparent power demand curves, and circuit-level harmonic signatures. This technical information is isolated per tenant and processed through isolated mathematical execution environments.

Computational modeling uses these datasets within our proprietary PVWatts performance engines and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) degradation simulators. Processing yields state-of-health projections, automated peak shaving optimization curves, thermal runout boundaries, and day-ahead wholesale nodal pricing dispatch models without disclosing underlying facility operations to external markets.

3. Telecommunications and Carrier A2P 10DLC Messaging Framework

COMPLIANCE NOTICE

Mandatory A2P 10DLC Carrier Notification: Mobile phone numbers collected via enterprise portal forms, telemetry alert sign-up dialogs, or facility onboarding documentation will strictly NOT be sold, rented, leased, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, commercial lead generation, or promotional purposes under any circumstances.

Automated Killswitch Opt-Out Instructions: SMS notifications are strictly restricted to mission-critical telemetry faults, emergency grid curtailment dispatches, and two-factor system verification challenges. Message frequency varies based on active industrial facility telemetry. Message and data rates may apply. Subscribers can invoke an instantaneous programmatic killswitch at any moment by transmitting STOP, CANCEL, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE in direct reply to any dispatched system message. For instantaneous tier-one technical assistance, transmit HELP or contact our enterprise desk via Governance Support.

4. Technical Data Retention and Industrial Security Architecture

Raw smart-meter time-series telemetry streams are retained for a rolling thirty-six-month analytical window to facilitate seasonal PVWatts degradation profiling and regulatory reporting. Following the contract term, raw utility records are cryptographically overwritten using DoD 5220.22-M sanitization protocols, while derived mathematical model parameters are isolated to immutable cold storage archives.

  • AES-256-GCM symmetric block encryption for all facility telemetry resting on distributed nodes.
  • TLS 1.3 cryptographic encapsulation with mandatory client-side mTLS certificate validation.
  • Isolated VPC architectures with no direct public internet gateways to raw time-series clusters.

5. Enterprise Governance Desk and Data Subject Requests

Enterprise facility owners maintain unhindered rights to audit telemetry pipelines, request complete machine-readable exports of historic energy modeling runs, or mandate immediate cryptographic purge of specific meter endpoints. Formal administrative inquiries, data protection impact assessments, and carrier consent verifications should be directed directly to our internal compliance officers via our dedicated Governance Desk Portal.
